You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Milwaukee county in Wisconsin for the resolution of any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver by us of any breach or right hereunder will be effective unless in writing and signed by us.
